What are Corporate Discounts? 
The ICF Corporate Discount Program provides a simple, consistent means by which a corporation can create an ICF group entitlement for its employees on an annual basis. The corporation can set up an account which allows their employees to purchase an ICF membership at a discounted rate.

What are the benefits of Corporate Discounts?

• Single annual payment processing for discounted multiple memberships. 
  
• Ability to actively and visibly promote the professional development of internal coaches.
  
• Full benefits of ICF membership for each designated employee, including:
  1. Annual conferences world-wide;
  2. Building leadership;
  3. Local chapters, Special Interest Groups (SIGs), and Virtual Education participation;
  4. Teleclasses; and
  5. Extensive networking opportunities.
     
• Discounts and services for things including:
  1. ICF Credentials for individual coaches; 
  2. Discounts to special events;
  3. Member tool-kit;
  4. Office supplies; and
  5. Bridge line usage.

What is the structure of Corporate Discounts?

• Silver - allows five to nine member employee coaches at a 10 percent discount per member.
• Gold - allows 10 to 15 member employee coaches at a 15 percent discount per member.
• Platinum - allows a minimum of 16 member employee coaches at a 20 percent discount per member.

Are non-coaching companies allowed to participate in the Corporate Discount Program?
Yes, the ICF is aware that corporations and non-coaching organizations are hiring internal coaches for their executives. We invite the participation of such companies.

As a member of a group participating in the Corporate Discount Program, do I sign up as an individual?
No, your administrator will complete the Corporate Discount Agreement Form and Application for all employees.  However, you may be asked to provide information for this purpose.

Am I an individual member, too?
Yes, the ICF will complete your membership and send you a user name, member ID and password.

Must I be credentialed in order to participate in a group?
Currently, you do not have to be credentialed in order to sign up as a Corporate Discount Member.

Must all group members work for the same organization in order to participate in the Corporate Discount Program?
Yes.

What happens to my corporate membership if I should leave the company?
ICF memberships are non-refundable, non-transferable and belong to the individual member rather than the company. If you leave the company and want to remain with the ICF, your membership will remain active for the remainder of your membership year.

General Terms and Conditions:

1. ICF memberships are non-refundable, non-transferable and belong to the individual member rather than the company. Corporate Discounts apply to membership dues only.
   
2. Corporate Discount can be renewed annually on April 1. Corporate Discount renewal requests submitted after April 1 will be processed at the rate applicable during the month of April for your level of membership. Groups must maintain a minimum of five members to be eligible for renewal of this program.
   
3. All payments must be submitted (by a single check payable to ICF or credit card transaction payable to ICF) at the same time along with the completed Corporate Discount Program Agreement and ICF member applications.
   
4. Corporate Discounts are non-transferable and non-refundable.
   
5. Individual ICF members in a Corporate Discount Program are eligible to use the ICF Member Logo for the duration of their membership with ICF.
   
6. Participants in the Corporate Discount Program must be employees of the corporation applying for the Corporate Discount.

Applying for Corporate Discount Membership
Your company adminstrator should complete the Corporate Discount Agreement Form, collect all corporate discount applications and payments, and submit these as a package to ICF. Please note that application is not a guarantee of acceptance.
